Peter Burroughs was born and raised in Bowling Green, Ohio. He is an illustrator/concept artist who designed the Forbidden Shadows’s book cover. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Media and Information, minoring in Game Design from Michigan State University. Burroughs pursued illustration and concept art because he enjoys visualizing worlds we can’t experience in everyday life. He is someone who needs to be creating daily, and when digital art meets design, it becomes a wonderful mix of expression and problem-solving for him. When not on a screen, he enjoys bookbinding and traveling to new places, and his adventures have taken him from across the US to countries such as Japan, South Korea, and the Philippines. He has an affinity for rocks, trees, and bees and aims to leave people and places a little better than when he found them.
